A:<\/strong> After submitting the requirements, the consultant will check the availability of destination hotels, vehicles and guides within 1-2 working days (for example, Selengeti season needs to be confirmed 3 months in advance), and send the itinerary plan after confirmation. You can lock the resources after confirming the correct information;<\/p>

Q: Are there any age restrictions for children to participate in Safari?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

A:<\/strong> Generally, children over 3 years old can participate. For parent-child group meetings, the vehicle seat and travel rhythm will be adjusted (such as shortening the duration of a single Safari). For details, please consult the Customization Department.<\/p>

Q: How is the payment ratio arranged?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

A:<\/strong> 80% deposit will be paid when booking to lock resources (such as hotels and vehicles), and the balance will be paid 15 days before departure; large groups (more than 50 people) can negotiate to pay in stages, and the deposit ratio and balance period will be specified in the contract<\/p>

Q: How to refund a cancelled trip?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

A:<\/strong> If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure, 20% of the deposit will be refunded; if the cancellation is made 15-29 days before departure, the deposit will not be refunded (because the hotel and vehicle have incurred actual booking costs), and the specific cancellation policy shall be subject to the service contract signed;<\/p>
