Booking Related
Q: How to confirm that the trip can be booked?
A: After submitting the requirements, the consultant will check the availability of destination hotels, vehicles and guides within 1-2 working days (for example, Selengeti season needs to be confirmed 3 months in advance), and send the itinerary plan after confirmation. You can lock the resources after confirming the correct information;
Q: Are there any age restrictions for children to participate in Safari?
A: Generally, children over 3 years old can participate. For parent-child group meetings, the vehicle seat and travel rhythm will be adjusted (such as shortening the duration of a single Safari). For details, please consult the Customization Department.
Payment-related
Q: How is the payment ratio arranged?
A: 80% deposit will be paid when booking to lock resources (such as hotels and vehicles), and the balance will be paid 15 days before departure; large groups (more than 50 people) can negotiate to pay in stages, and the deposit ratio and balance period will be specified in the contract
Cancel relevant
Q: How to refund a cancelled trip?
A: If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure, 20% of the deposit will be refunded; if the cancellation is made 15-29 days before departure, the deposit will not be refunded (because the hotel and vehicle have incurred actual booking costs), and the specific cancellation policy shall be subject to the service contract signed;
Q: What if it is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. epidemic, natural disaster)?
A: The trip can be rescheduled through negotiation (the deposit is valid for one year) or the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the actual expenses incurred. During the epidemic period, we have properly handled the trip adjustment for more than 10,000 tourists through this policy.
Guidelines on different payment methods
Domestic tourists
bank transfer, WeChat payment and Alipay payment can be used. When transferring money, please note “name + trip date”. After payment, send the certificate to the customer service wechat to confirm the arrival of the money
Overseas tourists
Support international bank transfer (provide corporate account of Kenya or Tanzania branch), PayPal payment, large payments can be negotiated through Western Union to avoid the impact of exchange rate fluctuations, and confirm account information and commission bearing mode with consultants before payment
Large group payment
according to negotiation, sign a payment agreement to clarify the payment nodes and certificate requirements.
Reservation confirmation and itinerary retrieval
Reservation confirmation
After paying the deposit, you will receive an email/wechat confirmation containing “trip sheet, hotel reservation, driver contact information and emergency contact”.
The trip sheet should be carefully checked (such as Safari date, hotel name, airport pickup time), and any questions should be reported within 3 working days.
Trip retrieval
7 days before departure, you can consult our exclusive consultant to check the latest trip dynamics (such as hotel adjustment, guide change); you can also contact your exclusive consultant to get the updated electronic itinerary, it is recommended to print or save it to your mobile phone.
