10 days / 9 nights, Tanzania and Zanzibar
From the thrill of chasing sunsets across Tanzania’s endless plains to the gentle rhythm of waves on Zanzibar’s shores; this journey is all about adventure, laughter, and the unforgettable warmth of Africa.
Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport-Arusha
After arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, take a car to Arusha, about an hours drive.
Stay in Arusha hotel, rest and adjust to the environment.
Day 2: Arusha- Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha to Tarangire National Park in about 2-3 hours.
Go on a day trip to Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its elephants and lions climbing trees, as well as bison, warthogs, antelopes and the strange bread tree.
Stay overnight at a hotel or camp near Tarangire National Park.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park-Ngorongoro Nature Reserve
After breakfast, leave Tarangire National Park and head to the Ngorongoro Nature Reserve, a 3-4 hour drive.
After arriving, stay at a hotel in the reserve and take a short rest before entering the Ngorongoro crater for a safari in the afternoon.
Day 4: Ngorongoro-Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we set off for Selengeiti National Park, passing through the Olduvai Gorge along the way.
After arriving in Serengeti, we will go hunting in the afternoon and enjoy the wildlife scenery on the vast grassland.
Stay at a hotel or camp in the Serengeti National Park at night.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Hunting in the Serengeti National Park all day, you can wake up early to watch the sunrise, then track the wildlife and feel the charm of nature.
Continue to stay in Serengeti National Park in the evening.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
This is the last day in Serengeti, continuing to explore the beauty and wildlife of the park.
You can choose to participate in special activities such as a hot air balloon ride (a self-funded project) to get an aerial view of the magnificent scenery of the Serengeti.
Day 7: Serengeti-Zanzibar
After breakfast, head to the airport near Serengeti and take an inland flight to Zanzibar island, which takes about two hours.
After arriving in Zanzibar, check into the hotel and take a rest before taking a walk along the beach near the hotel to enjoy the Indian Ocean views.
Day 8: Zanzibar-Stone City-Prison Island
In the morning, visit the World Heritage Site of Stone City, including the House of Zanzibar, the ruins of the slave market and the Al Jhaide Mosque.
In the afternoon, take a boat from Stone City to Prison Island to see giant tortoises and snorkel around the surrounding coral reefs.
Return to the Stone City in the evening and try local food at Forodhani Night Market, such as Zanzibar pizza and grilled seafood.
Day 9: Zanzibar-home
According to the flight time, check out of the hotel and take the airport shuttle or taxi to Zanzibar International Airport to end a wonderful trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar.
