From sunrise over Serengeti’s golden plains to the depths of Ngorongoro Crater, this 7-day mainland adventure, excluding islands, is designed to immerse you in Africa’s natural wonders, diverse wildlife, and authentic culture.
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Morning: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. After picking up the plane, go to Arusha, check in the hotel, have a rest and adapt to the local environment.
Afternoon: If time permits, you can take a walk around Arusha to learn about the local customs and culture, or relax by the hotel pool.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Full-day Tour: Explore Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and tree-dwelling lions. Join a full-day safari guided by professional guides to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife while enjoying the unique grassland landscapes.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
All-day itinerary: Explore Lake Manaira National Park, nestled against the cliffs of the Great Rift Valley in East Africa, where breathtaking scenery unfolds. This bird paradise offers spectacular views of flamingos, pelicans, and other avian species, while visitors might also encounter land animals like hippos, elephants, and giraffes. Participants can choose between hiking or off-road driving tours to discover the parks diverse ecosystem.
Day 4-5: Serengeti National Park
Fourth morning: Depart from Lake Manjala National Park to Serengeti National Park.
Fourth afternoon: After arriving, we took a short rest and began the afternoon hunting activity. Serengeti is the star attraction of Tanzania, with a large number of big cats such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, etc., and we can also see the spectacular scene of the great migration of herbivores such as wildebeests and zebras (depending on the season).
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
Morning: From Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro
Afternoon: Enter the crater of Mount Ngoro Ngoro, the largest intact crater in the world and home to many rare and endangered species. You can see wildlife such as the five African giants (lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards and buffalo).
Day 7: Return trip
Depending on flight times, return from Ngoro Ngoro National Park to Arusha and then head to the airport to end the wonderful Tanzania trip.
